I am the product of every statistic that says a young man like me should fail — a single-parent home gripped by poverty, an at-risk teenager on a razor-thin line toward total destruction. I wasn’t just falling through the cracks. I was the crack.

My life didn't change because of a lucky break. It changed because of a Collision — the discipline of the football field met the unwavering hand of Mentorship. That collision transformed a statistic into a trailblazer: first in my bloodline to cross the high school stage, first to earn a college degree, first to author a blueprint for others to follow.

I founded the Rise Up Program because a mistake at seventeen shouldn't be a life sentence at twenty-five. We move young men facing non-violent charges from the courtroom to the classroom — expunging records and replacing the void with trade certifications and academic degrees.
